GMRC has proposed to divert buses of routes passing through Rupali Canal Junction under the Surat Metro Rail project. Buses of routes no. 12, 15 and 116 pass through this location.Accordingly, taking into account the work of Surat Metro Rail by GMRC near Rupali Canal Junction, the said routes will have to be diverted in the up direction Jamnanagar Junction BRTS Station -> Ram Chowk -> Majura Fire Station -> Prajapita Brahmakumari Marg BRTS Station until the said work is completed.Similarly, in the down direction, Prajapita Brahmakumari Marg BRTS Station -> Majura Fire Station -> Ram Chowk -> Jamnanagar Junction BRTS Station will have to be diverted. Considering this diversion, bus operations at Rupali Canal Junction BRTS Station will remain closed for passengers missing this station.
